J'ai assist deux fois une retraite de 10 jours de mditation Vipassana.Seulement, aprs quelques mois, quelques annes, on tend oublier les principes appris et on reprend le cours de notre vie frntique.Je cherchais un livre qui puisse fonctionner comme une piqre de rappel et puisse me remettre en mmoire les principes philosophiques de cette mthode de mditation. C'est exactement ce que ce livre offre.On retrouve des extraits du discours de S. N. Goenka, et aussi des parties questions/rponses qui sont trs intressantes (car on retrouve beaucoup de questions que l'on se pose soit mme). Je conseil ce livre pour les personnes intresses par la philosophie du Dharma, la mditation et le dveloppement personnel.Ce livre n'a pas pour vocation d'enseigner la pratique de Vipassana. Pour cela, rien ne vaut l'exprience dans un centre agr, car il est rare que l'on puisse tre motiv de soit mme pour mditer 10 heures par jour. Sur dhamma.org, on peut trouver les centres qui offre des retraites.Bonne lecture !
